1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Village People Signals ("VPS", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VPS is a trading signal aggregation service that collects, verifies, and delivers trading signals from third-party providers. The Service includes:

• Aggregation of trading signals from partnered signal providers
• Backtesting and verification of signal provider performance
• Rating and categorization of signal providers
• Real-time delivery of verified signals via web application
• Performance tracking and analytics dashboards

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: Provides limited access to verified signals. Some signal details and categories may require viewing advertisements to unlock.

Premium Plan ($2/month): Provides unlimited access to all signals, categories, and features without advertisements.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.

5. Signal Provider Verification

VPS verifies signal providers through a multi-month backtesting and monitoring process. However:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Provider ratings are based on historical data and may change
• VPS reserves the right to remove any provider at any time
• Signal accuracy may vary and is not guaranteed

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share signals with non-subscribers
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract signal data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by VPS and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Signal data from providers remains the intellectual property of the respective providers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

VPS does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Signals will be accurate, timely, or profitable
• The verification process eliminates all risk
• Any particular results will be achieved

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VPS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Trading Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT: Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

• Trading signals, regardless of their source or verification, do not guarantee profits
• You can lose all of your invested capital and may be liable for additional losses
• Past performance is not indicative of future results
• The high degree of leverage available in forex and crypto trading can work against you as well as for you
• You should only trade with money you can afford to lose
• VPS is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any losses incurred.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VPS from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

VPS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

VPS may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
